Our Policies
These policies are in place to ensure a smooth transaction between the customer and vendor. Policies may change from time to time at the discretion of Dazzles by Dhaya.
Prices for all items are fixed.
No returns or exchanges.
Items can be held for a maximum of 24 hours if notice is given via call or text (WhatsApp is acceptable).
Sarees are sold with the blouse shown and blouses cannot be mixed and matched.
Sleeveless blouses may or may not come with attached sleeves (check product description for details).
Colors may be slightly different than shown in pictures due to lighting. We cannot refund if the color is different than you anticipated. Please feel free to text/call us to clarify colors.
